Travel Services

Exceptional Tours specializes in crafting unique and memorable travel experiences for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our dedication to personalized service is what truly distinguishes us. We ensure every vacation and activity is tailored to the individual preferences of our Travelers.
To maximize the experience of each destination, most of our scheduled tours are intimate, limited to five or fewer people. We also excel in planning exclusive 1:1 personalized activities and vacations. Our Travel Program is entirely private pay. However, we do offer discounts to travelers who also receive waiver services through Exceptional Tours. If you or someone you support is interested in our travel services, follow this simple registration process:

-
Browse Available Trips: Check out our [Travel Calendar](add link) to find an activity or vacation you are interested in.
-
Request Registration Forms: Email our Executive Assistant, Rebecca, at assistant@exceptionaltoursllc.com. She will send you the necessary registration forms via DocuSign.
-
Submit Registration: Once we receive the completed forms, your traveler is officially registered and added to the requested list.
-
Receive and Pay Invoice: You will receive an invoice for payment. Payments are due by the date listed on the invoice.
-
Please note: Invoices for attended activities are considered past due two weeks after the activity date, and a reminder email will be sent.
-
Annual Overnight Form: The overnight Registration form only needs to be completed once per year, unless there are any changes to dietary or health issues that require documentation. Primary caregivers are responsible for communicating any changes prior to each activity attended.
